How fast does dispatch happen?Q&A

Drivers and trucks are allocated a few hours before each shipment's scheduled dispatch time — not locked to a single load days in advance. That keeps capacity efficient while still guaranteeing a truck is assigned and ready by pickup.

What happens in dead zones — between Mosul and Baghdad, for example?Q&A

GPS is buffered locally on the driver's device and replayed once signal returns. The shipper's app shows last-known position with a delay marker — no false silences, no fake updates.

How do drivers get paid?Q&A

Earnings batch into weekly cycles. Drivers choose FIB, Hawala, or cash. Payouts are admin-authorized and delivered when promised — not "next week, inshallah".

Is the app available in Arabic and Kurdish?Q&A

Yes — natively, RTL end-to-end. Receipts, notifications, and support all switch with your language. English is there too if you prefer.

Which cities does SHA7N operate in?Q&A

SHA7N operates across Baghdad, Mosul, Kirkuk, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, and Duhok, with hauls moving along the corridors that connect them. New cities are added as coverage grows.

How do I delete my account?Q&A

In the app, open the Account tab → Personal Information, tap the three-dots (⋮) menu at the top and choose Delete Account, then enter your password to confirm. Deletion runs on a 7-day grace period — log back in within those 7 days to cancel and keep your account. After that it's permanent: your personal data is removed and you lose access to your history. You'll need a zero wallet balance and no active orders or shipments first — the app flags anything blocking it. Can't reach the app? Email info@sha7n.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll handle the request.
